Itâs probably better he doesnât drive himself.
Embattled road-rager Alec Baldwin scuttled out of his East Village apartment and into a waiting car service Sunday morning â" two days after he was arrested for allegedly punching a guy over a parking spot.
The hot-headed actor left his apartment on East 10th Street near University Place at 10:15 a.m. carrying a Starbucks cup and hopped into a beat-up gray sedan with plates from the Taxi and Limousine Commission.
The vehicle scooted about a half-mile south and deposited him outside a six-story mixed-use building at the corner of Broadway and East Houston Street, where Baldwin used a key to let himself in.
He reemerged just before 12:30 p.m. â" carrying a box to shield his face from photographers as he hopped into another car service and went back to his East 10th Street pad.
Baldwin didnât respond to questions from The Post.
The â30 Rockâ and âSaturday Night Liveâ TV star was arrested Friday for allegedly slugging a guy over a parking spot outside his East Village apartment.
An unidentified relative of the actor had been holding a spot for Baldwinâs black Cadillac SUV outside his East 10th Street home when driver Wojciech Cieszkowski swooped in with his black Saab and claimed the space â" prompting the hot-headed celebrity to allegedly go ballistic on him.
âWhat do you think youâre doing!â Baldwin fumed, according to a witness, who said the shouting soon gave way to shoving, before Baldwin, 60, allegedly bopped the 49-year-old Cieszkowski.
The actor was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault.
Baldwin has denied he got heated over a parking space, claiming âthe assertion that I punched anyone over a parking spot is false.â
