A white woman caught on video harassing two African-American sisters at an apartment complex in North Carolina has turned herself in.
Cops had been unable to locate Susan Westwood in wake of the disturbing Oct. 19 incident in the parking lot in Charlotte.
AdvertisementâHi, how are you? Iâm white, Iâm beautiful, Iâm hot ⦠This is Myers Park, South Park, b----. Why are you up in here hanging out?â Westwood ranted to Leisa and Mary Garris, who were waiting to get their vehicle jumpstarted.
Westwood also said she would âbring out (her) concealed weaponâ as the women called police twice to report her. Westwood also called 911, telling the dispatcher she would pay $2,500 "to get them out of here."
She was dubbed "South Park Susan" after video of the incident went viral.
The 51-year-old Westwood is accused of misusing the 911 emergency network and communicating threats, and was served with the outstanding warrants on Saturday after she contacted police.
âThey are actually people that Iâve never seen here before. They are African-American,â she says during the 911 call from Oct. 19. âTheyâve been hanging out here for a while. And theyâve been photographing me because I think they want to try and get me. But theyâve been going into that apartment ... We need to get them out of here. They donât belong here.â
Westwood was gone when police arrived at the scene. She has since been fired from her job, and was in the process of getting booted from her apartment.
