The Spurs are seeking multiple assets in exchange for Kawhi Leonard.
San Antonio is asking opposing teams for an All-Star, high-potential young players and draft picks in return for the 27-year-old star, according to a report from ESPN.
The 76ers, Lakers and Raptors, amongst others, are all reportedly interested in Leonard. But, the Spurs may not receive an offer that meets their asking price, the report says.
Toronto is âin the driverâs seatâ to acquire Leonard, according to an earlier ESPN report. Philadelphia has discussed offering the Spurs forwards Dario Saric and Robert Covington as well as a future first-round pick for Leonard, Sports Illustrated reported in late June.
Leonard signed a five-year contract worth more than $90 million with the Spurs in 2015. But he appeared in just nine games for San Antonio in last season because of an injured right quad.
